The housing fits perfect to my Bernina record 830 and is of excellent quality. I would even say that it is stronger than the original. Very hellpful and friendly customer support! Steel threaded nuts for the screws are included (inside the plastic). Please note, that the electric pins must be removed from the old housing. For that, the old housing must be destroyed (I used a saw).Do not apply any force to the old pins as they may easily break.
Fits exactly. Nicely made and easy to install. The only problem is how to get the pins out of the old housing. Perhaps some instructions?
