It may take a few minutes for your download link to be sent to you.
If you can’t find your download notification email, it is a good idea to check spam or junk inbox.
You always have access to the files you have purchased by logging in to "My Page".
You can see the files by going to "Viritual Products Download" and clicking on "Details" for the current purchase.
If the files are updated, you always have access to the latest updated version.
The files is packaged and the file you downloads is in .zip format.
When unpacked, you will see the .stl file and an information PDF.
There are generally no limits for when or how many times you can download a file.
