Order processing times
- In Stock items normally ship within 1 to 3 working business days.
- Out of stock 3D Printed products are produced and shipped within 3 to 5 working business days.
You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.
VAT, Customs & Import Fees
Orders to the European Union (EU)
Due to recent changes and fees introduced on small parcels entering the EU, we have temporarily paused collecting EU VAT (IOSS) at checkout until clear guidelines and standardized solutions are established.
- All orders to EU destinations are currently shipped Delivered at Place (DAP).
- No VAT is charged by our store during checkout.
- Any applicable local VAT, customs duties, and postal/carrier handling fees will be collected directly by your local delivery provider or customs authority prior to or upon delivery.
Orders to the Rest of the World (including the US and non-EU countries)
For all orders shipped outside Norway and the EU, sales tax / VAT is not collected at checkout. Your package may be subject to local import duties, VAT/taxes, or clearance fees upon arrival in your destination country, in accordance with your local customs regulations.

Domestic Shipping
- For Norway we uses Posten.
- Delivery times is normally 2-4 days.
International Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping via FedEx and Posten Norge (Norwegian Post).
FedEx
- Delivery times for delivery with FedEx is normally 2-6 days. In addition, delays in customs may occur.
- We will provide you with a link to track your package online (FedEx).
- If you choose home delivery (FedEx), the package will be delivered during work hours and identification is required on receipt.
- Your phone number is required.
Norwegian Post - Europe/World
- Delivery times for delivery with Norwegian Post is normally 4-18 days. In addition, delays in customs may occur.
- When choosing the shipping method, based on country, you can choose whether the shipment should be traceable or not.
- For lower shipping cost, the package is sent as a letter and it is therefore not possible to choose tracking to certain countries.
